Book Your Tee Time Online

Our golf courses allow customers to book tee times up to 30 days in advance. First-time online users will need to create a customer profile. Returning customers should use the email registered in our system to help streamline check-in and avoid additional player validation.

Tee times are generally available from sunrise to sunset. Early groups are expected to maintain a pace of play under 4 hours. Availability may be limited due to frost delays, course maintenance, tournaments, leagues, or pre-paid group bookings. Tee times can be booked online through our website or by phone. During winter or inclement weather, we recommend confirming your tee time by phone, as frost or snow may cause delays or prevent play.

Advance Booking and No-Show Fees

• Reservations up to 4 days in advance: Free

• 5–14 days in advance: $5 + tax per person (non-refundable)

• 15–30 days in advance: $10 + tax per person (non-refundable)

Advance booking fees are non-transferable. In extenuating circumstances, management may approve a rebooking on another date with proper documentation. Missed tee times or late cancellations are subject to a $35 + tax per person fee and may result in suspension of booking privileges until fees are paid.

During winter, early tee times may be delayed due to frost or snow. Consider booking closer to your desired play date after checking the forecast, as same-day to 4-day bookings are not subject to booking fees.

Tee Time Policies

• The person booking the tee time is responsible for the reservation and must be present at check-in with ID. Third-party reservations are not accepted.

• Maximum booking: 1 tee time per person per day (2–4 players). Additional bookings on the same day may be cancelled, and future booking privileges suspended.

• Senior (65+) and Junior (18 & under) rates require ID at check-in unless already recorded in your profile.

Cancellation & Player Adjustments

• Cancel or modify your reservation at least 24 hours in advance via the app, website, or phone.

• No-shows or late cancellations: $35 per person fee, potential suspension of future bookings until fees are resolved.

• Adjust player numbers within your booking promptly to avoid penalties. Adding players to an existing reservation requires at least 2 days’ notice and availability confirmation.

Raincheck Policy

We do not issue refunds or rainchecks for rounds interrupted by rain, as most conditions are playable. Rainchecks are only issued if the course is deemed unplayable due to unsafe conditions such as lightning, flooding, or severe storms, as determined by course management.

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through our online booking system is stored securely and used solely to manage your golf activities.
